Fulton is one of the 88 counties in the state of Ohio. It was created in 1850 from parts of Henry, Lucas, and Williams counties. As of the 2010 census, the population was 42,698. The county seat is Wauseon. The county has 407 square miles in area, of which 405 square miles is land.
